I think it is safe to assume that our blog is now up and running, perhaps fully functional. I think it is also safe to assume that one of the most obvious changes between our blog and our core site is our new look and feel. There has been a lot of debate about us using the same design or using this new one. In the end, we decided to keep the blog looking a little different and yet still unique.

Who knows, we may change it to match the core site someday, for now though, the added functionality of having two side bars is worth it.

I do want to take a moment and give credit where credit is due. This blog design for example….well, to be honest we stole some of the concept art work from the Nebula 1.8 by Giuliano Gerardi wordpress template. While I think our modification is enough to claim it as our own, we should at least be kind enough to give a juicy link out to his website in return. (Something you will not see us do often, as we value our link love).

So Thank Giuliano Gerardi for the great design. You saved us a lot of time and hassle and I hope that our readers will go visit your website.
